Privacy Policy

Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address, display name, chosen username handle, and a password (stored only as a secure hash — we never store your plain-text password).

Sign-in with Google or X. If you sign up or log in with Google or X (Twitter), those services share basic profile information with us — your name, email address (where available), and profile picture. We never see your Google or X password, and we do not post to your accounts.

Content you create. Your link-in-bio page configuration, links, scheduled content, events, campaigns, giveaways, and related settings are stored so your pages and tools work across devices.

Giveaway entries. When a fan enters a creator’s giveaway, we collect the email address and optional display name the fan submits, the tasks they marked complete, and their entry count. This information is visible to the creator running the giveaway so they can draw and contact winners.

Usage analytics. We record page views and link clicks on creator pages as daily aggregate counts so creators can see how their page performs. These counts are not tied to a visitor’s identity.

Cookies. We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember early-access status, and remember preferences like your theme. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We use the information above to provide and improve Pinned: operating your account and pages, syncing your data across devices, powering giveaways and analytics, responding to support requests, keeping the service secure, and communicating with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us run Pinned, and only as needed to provide the service. Content you choose to publish (your public page, links, giveaways, and events) is visible to anyone who can view your page. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect Pinned and its users. We do not sell your personal information.

These third parties process data on our behalf or receive data when you use the related feature:

Vercel hosts the site and processes requests (including IP addresses) to serve it. Turso stores our database. Google and X (Twitter) handle sign-in when you choose those options, under their own privacy policies.

Connected social platforms. When you connect a social account or publish through Pinned (for example X, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, Discord, Twitch, Bluesky, or Pinterest), the content you publish and related account data are shared with that platform, which acts as an independent data controller under its own privacy policy. Pinned only accesses connected accounts to provide the features you use — publishing your posts, reading your stats, and running your automations.

Messaging providers. When a creator runs email or SMS campaigns, subscriber contact details are processed by our campaign delivery partners (such as Klaviyo) to send those messages.

We use AI tools to help build and operate Pinned (for example, writing and reviewing code). We do not sell your personal information to AI companies, and we do not use your content or personal information to train AI models. Pinned does not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects. If we add AI-powered features that process your content, we will update this policy to describe them before they launch.

We keep your information while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data — or of a giveaway entry you submitted as a fan — by emailing support@pinned.gg. We will delete it within 30 days, except where we must retain records to comply with law.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected users of any breach as required by law.

Pinned is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as Pinned evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify account holders by email or an in-product notice.
