Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Pinned. If you use Pinned on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for your account and everything that happens under it. Keep your password secure and your contact email current. If you sign in with Google or X, your use of those services is also governed by their terms. Notify us immediately at support@pinned.gg if you suspect unauthorized access.

Reserving a handle gives you the use of that handle on Pinned while your account is in good standing — it is not property or a trademark right. We may reclaim, change, or refuse handles that impersonate others, infringe trademarks, are unlawful or abusive, or belong to accounts that remain inactive for an extended period after launch.

You keep ownership of the content you add to Pinned — your page, links, images, posts, campaigns, and giveaways. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and promote the service (for example, rendering your public page to visitors). You are responsible for having the rights to everything you publish.

Don’t use Pinned to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or harm the service. That includes: impersonation; spam or deceptive schemes; distributing malware; harassment or hateful content; scraping or reselling the service; attempting to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls; and hosting content that is illegal where you or your audience are located.

Giveaways on Pinned are run by creators, not by Pinned. If you run a giveaway, you are the promoter: you are responsible for complying with applicable laws and platform rules (including any registration, bonding, disclosure, or age requirements), for honoring the prizes you offer, and for how you use entrants’ contact information. Pinned provides the tooling only and is not a sponsor of creator giveaways. Fans enter at their own discretion; entry information is shared with the creator running the giveaway.

Some features are offered on paid plans. Pricing and included features are described at purchase. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Pinned integrates with third-party platforms (such as Google, X, Discord, Twitch, YouTube, and messaging providers). Those services have their own terms and may change or restrict their APIs at any time; we are not responsible for third-party services or for content on pages Pinned links to.

You can stop using Pinned and delete your account at any time by contacting support@pinned.gg. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for Pinned or its users, or are required to be removed by law. On termination, your public pages stop being served; some data may persist in backups for a limited period.

Pinned is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will be preserved. Pre-launch features may change or be removed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinned will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and notify account holders by email or an in-product notice. Continuing to use Pinned after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Pinned’s operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
