The best social media scheduler for streamers (2026)
Full disclosure: I build Pinned, so I'm biased about the best social media scheduler for streamers. I'll still tell you what I'd use, including the tools that aren't mine. The short answer: if your regulars live on Discord, X (Twitter) and Bluesky, pick a scheduler that posts there and knows when you go live. If new viewers find you through clips on TikTok and YouTube Shorts, pick one that posts video there today. Pinned doesn't post to TikTok or YouTube yet.
Streamers post on an odd rhythm. Most of what you share is about something that happens live: you're starting, the schedule moved, a clip took off, a subathon is next week. Generic calendar tools handle the clip part well and the live part badly. Pinned is the reverse today, which is why this guide has more than one winner.

Why streamers need something different
For a streamer, social media is a funnel back to the stream. A brand can post at 10am every Tuesday and be done. You post around a live schedule that shifts, and the post that matters most, "I'm live", is only useful in the few minutes around going live.
Your audience is also split. New people discover you on short-form video. Your regulars hang out in Discord and follow you on X or Bluesky. Most schedulers are built for the first group and ignore Discord entirely: none of the other tools in this guide list it as a network.
Streamers use a scheduler for 4 jobs
1. The go-live and schedule posts. The same announcement to X, Bluesky, Threads and Discord on every stream day. Repetitive, time-sensitive, and the easiest to forget.
2. Clips. Vertical video to TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels. This is the heaviest upload work and, for many channels, where growth comes from.
3. Community updates. Special streams, tournaments, schedule changes and giveaways, posted to Discord and your socials ahead of time with reminders.
4. Sponsor proof. When a brand asks for numbers, you need analytics and a media kit you can send as a link.
1. Pinned
Mine- Best for
- streamers whose regulars hang out on Discord, X, Bluesky and Threads
- Price
- Free link in bio page; the scheduler is on Creator at $39/month or $390/year, 14-day free trial
- Posts to
- X, Instagram, Facebook Pages, Threads, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Discord, Shopify blog; TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Google Business Profile coming soon
Pinned started as a gaming tool, and it shows. You write a post once, adjust the caption per platform, and send it to X, Bluesky, Threads, Instagram and the Discord channels you pick in Discord's own connect window. There's no bot to install. Twitch and Kick connect for your live status, and the link in bio page shows a live badge that turns on by itself when you go live on either.
The feature I'd point a streamer to first is event reminders. Create a special stream or a tournament once, and Pinned schedules the reminder posts to your socials and Discord. The month calendar and a TweetDeck-style social board, with columns for notifications, upcoming posts and analytics, cover the rest. Creator also includes a media kit builder with six templates for sponsor pitches.
The catch is real: Pinned can't post to TikTok or YouTube yet. TikTok is in TikTok's app review and YouTube is coming, but if Shorts and TikTok drive your growth today, pair Pinned with a free uploader or pick a tool below. Pinned is also a small, founder-led company and a web app with no native mobile app.
2. Post Bridge
- Best for
- streamers who cut lots of clips and post them everywhere
- Price
- $39/month billed monthly or $390/year for 15 accounts, 7-day free trial
- Posts to
- X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Bluesky, Threads, Pinterest, Google Business
Post Bridge does one job: write a post once and publish it to every platform you use. For a clip channel that's the right shape. It has bulk video scheduling, unlimited posts on paid plans, and more than one account per platform, so a main channel and a clips channel can share the 15 accounts on the Marketer plan.
The catch: it's built for one person doing the posting, with no Discord publishing and nothing that knows when you're live. Inviting an editor needs the Operator plan, which starts at $99/month for 99 accounts.
3. Buffer
- Best for
- new streamers who want TikTok and YouTube posting without paying
- Price
- Free for 3 channels; Essentials $5/channel/month billed yearly or $6 month to month
- Posts to
- Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts, Threads, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, Bluesky, Mastodon, Substack
Buffer's free plan is the easiest yes here. You get 3 channels and up to 10 scheduled posts per channel at a time, refilling as they publish. TikTok, YouTube and X on the free plan is enough to queue a week of clips.
Paid plans charge per channel, so the bill grows with every account: 10 channels on Essentials cost $50/month billed yearly. There's no Discord publishing, so go-live posts in your server stay manual.
4. Metricool
- Best for
- streamers who want Twitch numbers next to their social analytics
- Price
- Free for 1 brand and 20 posts a month; Starter from $20/month billed yearly or $25 month to month
- Posts to
- Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile; X is a paid add-on
Metricool is the one tool here that pulls Twitch analytics. Its Twitch section shows followers, subscribers by tier, streams with their views, your clips, and the same basics for streamers you add as competitors. It's analytics only: Metricool doesn't post to Twitch.
The free plan leaves out LinkedIn and X, and on paid plans X costs $10/month per connected account. No Discord posting either.
5. YouTube Studio and TikTok's own scheduler
- Best for
- streamers who mostly post clips to one platform
- Price
- Free
- Posts to
- Each one only to its own platform
Before you pay for anything, check what the platforms already give you. YouTube Studio lets you upload a video as private and pick the moment it goes public, or set it as a Premiere with a countdown. TikTok's web uploader can schedule a video too. If your whole clip plan is one YouTube channel, that may be enough.
The limits: one platform each, no shared calendar, and nothing for X, Bluesky or Discord.
My pick
If you stream on Twitch or Kick and your regulars talk on Discord, X and Bluesky, I'd use Pinned. Go-live posts, event reminders and Discord updates are the jobs it was built for, and the $39 Creator plan includes the link in bio page and media kit.
If your growth comes from TikTok and YouTube Shorts, start with Post Bridge, or Buffer's free plan while you're small. That's the job Pinned can't do yet. If you live in your stats, Metricool's Twitch data is worth a look. Plenty of streamers end up with two tools, one for clips and one for community, and that's fine.
What I'd do today
- Look at where your last 20 new followers came from: clips, raids, Discord invites or X. That tells you which job matters most.
- If clips win, connect TikTok, YouTube and one more channel to Buffer's free plan and queue a week of clips.
- Make a free Pinned page with your weekly stream schedule and live badge, and put it in every bio. It costs nothing.
- If Discord and X carry your community, start the 14-day Pinned Creator trial and set up reminders for your next special stream.
Frequently asked questions
Can I schedule posts to a Discord server?
Yes, with Pinned. You pick the server channels in Discord's own connect window, with no bot to install, and Pinned posts there alongside X, Bluesky, Threads and your other accounts. It can also schedule event reminders to Discord. None of the other tools in this guide list Discord as a network, so if Discord is where your community lives, that difference matters more than price.
What is the best free social media scheduler for streamers?
Buffer's free plan is the most generous for clips: 3 channels, including TikTok and YouTube Shorts, with up to 10 scheduled posts per channel at a time. Metricool's free plan covers 1 brand and 20 posts a month, without LinkedIn or X. Pinned's free plan is the link in bio page with the live badge; its scheduler starts on the paid Creator plan.
Does Pinned post to TikTok or YouTube?
Not yet. Pinned publishes today to X, Instagram, Facebook Pages, Threads, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Discord and Shopify blog articles. TikTok is in TikTok's app review, and YouTube, Pinterest and Google Business Profile are coming, but none of them work today. Twitch and Kick connect for your live status, not for posting. If clips are your main job right now, use Buffer or Post Bridge for them.
Do I need a paid scheduler if I only stream on Twitch?
Not on day one. None of these schedulers post to Twitch itself; they post your announcements and clips everywhere else. If you only post to one or two places, the free options work: Buffer's free plan, YouTube Studio's scheduling, and a free link in bio page with your schedule. Pay once the go-live posts and clip uploads start eating your stream prep time.
Try Pinned free
The link in bio page is free forever, with your stream schedule and the live badge. When you want the scheduler, the Creator plan comes with a 14-day free trial, and you can cancel any time in the trial at no cost. Make your free page or compare the plans.
