Add elements to your page
Use the Add menu to put links, groups and elements like a schedule, video or contact form on your Link in Bio page, then edit, reorder or remove them.

The Add menu is where you put everything on your Link in Bio page: links, groups and page elements such as a stream schedule, a video or a contact form. Use it any time you want to add something new to your page.
Open the Add menu
In the sidebar, click Link in Bio.
On the Links tab, click Add at the top of your list.
The Add window opens on the Suggested category, with the cursor already in the search field. To close it without adding anything, click the X icon in the top right corner or press Escape.
Find an element
You can browse by category or search.
- Browse: Click a category on the left: Suggested, Layout, Social, Media, Contact, Events or Type. Click View all to see everything in one list. An element can appear in more than one category. YouTube Video, for example, is under Suggested, Media and Social.
- Search: Click the field with the hint "Search links & page elements" and start typing. Pinned checks each name, its description and related words, so typing "calendar" finds both Stream schedule and Events. The heading above the results shows how many matched. If nothing matches, the window tells you. Click any category to clear your search.
What you can add
Each row shows the element's name and a line about what it does. These guides cover each one in detail.

Add an element
- Open the Add menu.
- Find the element by browsing or searching.
- Click its row.
The window closes and the element appears in your list on the Links tab. A Link or Group is added at the top of the list each time you pick it, so you can add as many as you need. Every other element can be on your page once.
If an element is already on your page, its row shows Added. Clicking an Added row takes that element off your page. If you want to keep it, close the window instead.
Edit an element
Each element's row has a pencil icon on the right. Click it to open the element's settings under the row, such as its heading, link or text. Click the pencil again to close them.
Find the element in your list.
Click the pencil icon on its row.
Fill in its settings. The hint text in each field shows what to enter, and the heading usually has a default if you leave it blank.
What to fill in depends on the element. Use the guide in the table above for each one.
Elements show on your public page once they're filled in and you publish your changes. See Build your Link in Bio page for how drafts and publishing work.
Move an element
The order of your list is the order on your page.
- On the element's row, find the grip icon on the left edge.
- Drag it up or down to where you want it.
Only links and Events can sit inside a group. Other elements stay outside groups, and Pinned won't let you drop them inside one.
Remove an element
On the element's row, click the trash icon on the right. The element leaves your list and your page. You can add it again from the Add menu.
Elements that need the Creator plan
An element your plan can't use shows a lock and a Creator badge in the Add menu. On the Free plan, Events shows this badge.
Click the row and Pinned prompts you to upgrade. See Choose a plan and upgrade to compare plans.
Troubleshooting
An element disappeared after I clicked it in the Add menu
Clicking a row marked Added removes that element. Open Add again and click the row to put it back.
I added an element but it isn't on my public page
Check that you filled in its settings and published your changes. A Stream schedule also stays off your page until you turn on at least one day.
I can't drop an element into a group
Only links and Events can go inside a group. Drop other elements above or below it.
My page looks empty
When the list has nothing in it, the editor shows "Nothing on your page yet, hit Add to get started." Click Add and pick your first link or element.
