The Analytics page shows how your pinned.gg page is doing, what your connected platforms report, and how your store appears in search. Use it to see which links visitors click and whether your followers are growing.

Note

Available on the Creator and Business plans. On the Free plan the page shows Analytics are a Creator feature with an Upgrade to Creator button. Search & AI visibility needs the Business plan.

Before you start

Open Analytics

  1. In the sidebar, under Marketing, click Analytics.
  2. Read the line under the Analytics heading. Platform numbers update once a day.

See your page's views and clicks

The Your pinned.gg page card covers the last 30 days and shows live data.

  1. Find the Your pinned.gg page card at the top of the page.
  2. Click the dropdown under the card's subtitle and choose what the chart shows:
    • Page views: how many times your page was opened.
    • Link clicks: how many times visitors clicked your links.
    • Click-through: link clicks per page view.
  3. Read the large number and the percentage pill under it. The pill compares the last 30 days with the 30 days before. The line under the pill shows the earlier total, for example "Prior 30 days: 0".
  4. Look at the line chart for one point per day.

The Links clicked card sits beside the page card. It shows your total clicks over the last 30 days, the link that leads, and a list of your links with their click counts, most clicked first.

  1. Read the sentence under the total to see your top link.
  2. If the list is longer than five rows, click Show 3 more to see the rest.

If you have no clicks yet, the card says so. Clicks appear once visitors use the links on your page.

See your connected platforms

The Your platforms section shows one card per connected account. Each card has the account's name and platform, the follower count at the top, and its other stats listed below.

For X, Facebook, Instagram and Twitch, stats appear after you connect the account. TikTok and Threads don't share stats with Pinned yet, so they don't appear.

Choose which accounts to show

  1. Next to Your platforms, click Choose accounts.
  2. In the panel, click an account to show or hide it. A check mark means the account is shown. A plus sign means it's hidden. Accounts that are no longer active are marked (inactive), and you can show or hide them too.
  3. Click Done when you finish.

Switch workspace

If you use workspaces, open the menu next to Your platforms. It reads Personal (all accounts) until you pick another. Choose a workspace to see only the accounts in it. You can also switch from the menu at the top of the sidebar. See Work with workspaces and teams.

If you're a member of someone else's team, the page shows that team's accounts instead. This works only if the team owner turned on analytics access for you.

Build your media kit from these numbers

Click Build your media kit to open the Media Kit page, where you can pick these stats to show brands. See Build your media kit.

See search and AI visibility

Scroll down to Search & AI visibility. It shows numbers from the SEO Tool, synced nightly.

  1. Scroll to Search & AI visibility.
  2. Use the dropdown at the top right to choose Last 7 days, Last 28 days or Last 90 days.
  3. If you have more than one brand, click All brands or a brand name to narrow the cards.

The cards are:

  • Search performance: a chart you can switch between Search clicks, Impressions, Click-through rate and Average position. A lower position is better. Google reports these figures three days behind.
  • Searches leading to your store: the searches Google already shows your store for, most seen first. Click Full SEO analytics → for the full detail.
  • AI visibility: how often AI answer engines cite your store.
  • Blog output: what the SEO Tool has published, scheduled and is waiting on you for, plus how many keywords it tracks.

Troubleshooting

The page shows a lock

Analytics need the Creator or Business plan. Click Upgrade to Creator, or see Choose a plan and upgrade.

A card says no platform stats yet

No account that reports stats is connected. Connect X, Facebook, Instagram or Twitch on the Connections page. Stats appear after the next daily update.

A message says every account is hidden

You hid all your accounts. Click Choose accounts and turn some back on.

A message says the workspace has no accounts to show

The workspace you picked has no accounts. Add accounts to it on the Connections page, or switch back to Personal (all accounts).

Platform stats couldn't be loaded

Refresh the page to try again. If it keeps happening, email support@pinned.gg.

A team says you don't have analytics access

Ask the team owner to turn on analytics access for you on their Connections page.

The Search performance card asks you to connect Google Search Console

Click Open SEO Tool settings and connect Google. Then pick each brand's Search Console property. See Connect Search Console and set a publishing schedule.

The search and AI cards are locked or empty

The SEO Tool is a Business feature, and the cards need a workspace to read from. If AI visibility says it isn't set up yet, add your AI-engine keys in the SEO Tool settings. See Track search and AI visibility.
