The Calendar shows a month of your scheduled and published posts in one place. Use it to see what's coming up, open anything to edit it, and, on the Business plan, approve the posts and emails your agents suggest.

Note

Available on the Creator and Business plans. Email campaigns, blog posts and Plan with your agents are part of the Business plan.

Open the Calendar

  1. In the sidebar, click Calendar.

  2. To change the month, click the left or right arrow icon next to the month name.

Each day lists its items as small chips with the time and the start of the text. If you use more than one workspace, the Calendar shows the one chosen in the switcher at the top right. See Work with workspaces and teams.

Read the chips

To change or reschedule a post, see Manage scheduled and published posts. Blog posts appear once you've set up the SEO Tool: see Set up the SEO Tool.

See everything on a busy day

A day shows up to three email, blog and proposal chips. If there are more, the last chip reads "+N more", for example "+2 more".

  1. Click the "+N more" chip on that day.
  2. Read the list in the window that opens. Each row shows what it is and its status. Blog posts that need you say Waiting on you, and proposals say Review or Failed.
  3. Click a row to open it.
  4. To close the window, click the X icon in its top corner.

The list covers email campaigns, blog posts and agent proposals. If a day has none of these, the window says "Nothing else on this day."

Change a color in the legend

On the Business plan, a legend above the calendar lists Email campaigns and Blog posts.

  1. Click the name of the category you want to recolor.
  2. In the small panel that opens, click one of the ten colors. A check mark shows the current one.

The chips change right away, and the other calendars in Pinned use the same colors.

Plan with your agents

Describe what's coming up in plain words. Your content planner drafts posts, your email agent drafts emails, and every proposal lands on the calendar for you to approve. Nothing goes out until you approve it.

  1. At the top of the Calendar, click the box under Plan with your agents. The hint reads "Plan posts and emails for my merch drop next Friday…".
  2. Type your request, or click one of the examples next to Try to fill the box.
  3. Press Enter, or click the paper-plane icon. Press Shift+Enter to start a new line.
  4. Watch the list that appears under the box. Each run shows a status. Click Open run to see its page.

When the runs finish, the new proposals appear as dashed chips. The Calendar jumps to the month where they start and shows a message such as "2 proposals added to your calendar".

Sometimes the agents ask a question first. The box then reads "Your answer…". Type your answer and send it. Click Start over to drop the conversation and begin again.

On the Free and Creator plans the box is locked and reads Agents are a Business feature. with an Upgrade to Business link. For more on agents, see Get started with Agents.

Review proposals from your agents

When proposals are waiting, a bar above the calendar says how many, for example "2 proposals from your agents are waiting for approval this month".

  1. Click Review in the bar. To look at one proposal, click its dashed chip instead.

  2. Read the proposal. The window title shows who proposed it, and the line under it shows the day, time and channel. Click Open run to see the run it came from.

  3. Edit the details if you want. For an email, you can change the subject line, preview text, date and time.

  4. Choose what to do:

    • For an email, click Approve as draft to create a draft campaign, or Approve & edit to create it and open it right away. Click Preview to see the email, or Copy HTML to copy it.
    • For a post, use the scheduling button on the card. The post then appears on this calendar as a scheduled post.
    • To reject a proposal, click Dismiss.
  5. Click Next or Previous to move through the month's proposals. The footer shows where you are, for example "1 of 2 this month". These buttons appear when the month has more than one proposal.

  6. When you're done, click the X icon in the window's top corner.

After you act, the card shows its new status for a moment. If you started from Review, the window then moves to the next proposal still waiting. Otherwise it closes.

An approved email becomes a draft campaign chip on its send day. Finish and schedule it as usual: see Create an email campaign. To learn how the agent builds its plan, see Plan emails with the Email Marketer.

Tips

  • If you change a proposal's date to another month, a message tells you where it went, for example "Moved to Fri, Oct 10".
  • A proposal that couldn't be completed has a red outline and is marked Failed in the day list. Open it to review it.
  • If email campaigns or blog posts can't load, your posts still show.
  • To create a post yourself, see Create and schedule a post.

Troubleshooting

I don't see email campaigns, blog posts or proposals

These appear only on the Business plan. Check that the right workspace is selected in the switcher, and that you're looking at the month they fall in. See Choose a plan and upgrade.

The message says it couldn't reach my agents

Check your connection and send the request again. If the message says your session ended, sign in again.

The message says no language model is set up

Agents need an AI model to work. Click the Set up an AI model link in the message, or see Connect your own AI model. You can also open Connections.

A run failed

Open it with Open run to read the reason. If you need more help, write to support@pinned.gg.
